    much frightened, but thought it was a neighbour hiding in a fort nearby who had ffired at him. He looked around everywhere but could see nobody. He went home very puggled.
    Next morning, he came to look at his kiln but found to his astonishment that thw whole wall of the kiln had fall. Only the clod being fired he would have been trapped under the falling stones and burned to death with the burning lime.
