    A long time ago a woman used to appear sitting under a bush on the Mitchelstown road.

    A long time ago a woman used to appear sitting under a bush on the Mitchelstown road. She used be seen by many but all were afraid to speak to her.
    There was great talk about this woman and a young priest after being ordained came there specially to meet her and when she appeared he said to her "My good woman is there anything troubling you?"
    "There is indeed, Father" said she
    "What is it my good woman?" said the priest.
    "I died in childbirth" said
