  1. When I was a young boy running around or jumping or playing with other boys like myself, if any of us sprained a hand or foot, this was the cure we had for it.
    We got some ribleaf and mixed it with coarse grass, and boiled them with the skins of boiled potatoes in a pot or skillet. This was rubbed to the sprained limb and then it was bandaged and the bandaged was bound up with wheaten straw.
