  1. Brennan on the moor
Its of a famous highway man a
    story I will tell
His name is Willie Brennan and
    in Ireland he did dwell
    Its on the Kilworth mountains
    he commenced his wild career
    And many the wealthy gentleman
    before him shook with fear
A pair of loaded pistols he
    carried both night and day
He never robbed a poor man upon
    the kings highway
But what he took from the rich
    like Turban and black Bess
He gave it all to assist poor
    widows in distress
    II
One night he robbed a pack
man by the name of Pedlar Bawn
