  1. Local Ruins In the townland of Kilafinla in the Parish of Catlerahan there are the ruins of a Protestant church. It was said to have been plundered by the English soldiers. The Minister was saying Service one day when an army o soldiers gathered outside and shot him when he came out.
    The graveyard is Quite near to the ruins and each grave is enclosed by large chains. It is said to have been abandoned about sixty years ago. People have seen a tall man standing at the entrance dressed in black with a book in his hands.
