“Long ago two men, Andy Smith and Terence McEntee of Ballyhally, went for a walk on Easter Sunday.”
Long ago two men, Andy Smith, Terrence McEntee of Ballyhall, went for a walk on Easter Sunday. They were waling past a fort + they went in + saw a little pair of red britches about the size of a ladie's glove. It was said that they were fairie's trousers + so they left them down + went on. But soon they decided to go back for them + when they went back the britches were gone. They looked for them but could find no trace of them. So they thought to them selves that the fairie's had taken them.- Bailitheoir
