- There is hardly any farm in our County, or in many other counties but there is a field with a lone bush in it. Some people say that while they are there if you not disturb them you will have good luck and if you do you will be unlucky.
It is said; especially if there is holly growing on the bush you better not go near it as those are generally fairies hiding places. Some times when fairies are going from one fort to another and when people come in the view they use those bushes as hiding places.
If there is a lone tree in a field between two forts the old people call it the "Endless Field"
