- Our churn is an end over end churn. It is about two feet in height and a foot in width. It holds about 6gls. We churn twice a week in winter and three times a week in summer. The churn is on stand puts in the cream bring it to heat of 66 to 68 degrees in winter and from 12 to 14 in summer. We churn slowly in the beginning and then we have at the rate of 60 rounds a minute.
