forge. The man did not shoe the horse and the priest's servant boy went to bring home the horse. He brought home the horse and told the priest that the horse was not shod. The forge, and the man would not shoe the horse.
They had an argument and the priest told the man that neither he nor his forge would be there in ten years.
His words were perfectly true. Before the ten years were up, the forge was down and the man was not living in the place. At this day Joseph Donohoe is living in the house where that man lived.
I know another forge which is owned by Lar Nolan, Galbally, Bree, Co. Wexford.
This man makes farm implements such as, heads of shovels, spades. He mends, harrows, ploughs, and grubbers. He is kept busy at that work. He shoes horses and asses and is kept busy at that work too.
