  1. One of the oldest burial grounds I know of is in Coolstuff, within a mile and a half of Taghmon.
    In olden times Coolstuff represented the parish of Taghmon but none but Catholics are being buried there at the present time.
    In years gone by Coolstuff was surrounded by a Colony of Presbyterians who have nearly all disappeared with the exception of two families. That is why so few burials take place there now as the people who occupy the Presbyterian homes at present came from other parishes and naturally they go back to their native parish to be buried.
