  1. In. It is said that a few years ago a chalice was found in Andrew Castles fort in Mornine, parish of Carrickedmond, County Longford and it was given up to Father Mac Givney P.P. Carrickedmond. It is said that there are minerals, such as coal, iron, and copper in Slieve Golery mountain which is in the parish of Legan within a quarter of a mile from the village of Ardagh, County Longford.
    In a field called the Bell field which belongs to Barber Stephenson Drumming, parish of Legan, Ardagh, Co. Longford.
