  1. A horn of gold was found in Carrolls land Drumming parish of Legan, Co. Longford a labourer named Henshaw found it He f sold it and went out to Spain This was found some two hundred and fifty years ago
    Moulds were found in Michael Sweeneys field Drumming Ardagh Mostrim Co. Longford. They were used for making bar iron for running ore into them and the iron from the furnace is very plentiful still There was a blast furnace in this field about two hundred years ago
