    There is a fort belonging to Patrick Kealy of Drumming Ardagh Parish of Legan Co Longford Out of this fort in olden times troops of horsemen were dressed seen riding on fine moonlight nights The men on horseback were dressed like soldiers and the horses were of different colours namely chestnut grey and white Their saddles made a great noise.
    There is a other fort in Patrick Kenny's field Drumming Ardagh Parish of Legan Co Longford On one occasion the fairies were having a funeral by night A man named Michael Murray who happened to cross there path on his way home from
