This is how the carts with the long heelsticks came to Connaught and from that day to this they will use no other.
- Once there was a rich man and he became very poor. Himself and his wife were going to the fair with their last cow and as they had a long way to go he brought the last cake in the house with him. The cow went out to a gap and when he followed her he was surprised to see a small man sitting(leanann ar an chéad leathanach eile)
