The cross of the nine white angels from the top of my head to the sole of my feet.
May I not lie down with evil and may evil not lie down with me.
This prayer was said at night.
Now I sign the blessed token,
Fold my arms upon my breast,
Jesus said the last word spoken,
Now I gently sink to rest,
This prayer was said going to bed.
    Mary Marmion: 13 years.
    February 9th 1938.

    Prayers.
    Jesus are you coming?
    Jesus are you there?
With my little head bent low?
    This is my wee prayer.
    Jesus Lord I love you.
    I am listening too.
For thy little voice is calling,
Little Lord I love thee too.
    You are welcome dear Jesus?
    You are welcome to me?
    To heal my poor soul,
