- The cure for a cold is to boil some buttermilk and drink it going to bed.
- This cure is well known in my district. Mix the juice of a mangold with some Caster Oil, mix it well and put it on the burn.
- The cure for this sickness is to get the second bark of an elm, boil it well and drink the substance.
