  1. We have a dash-churn at home. It is two feet and three inchs in height and it is one foot and five on top and one foot and four inchs on the bottom. There are four parts on the churn. The dash, the cup, the lid and the churn. It is easy to churn. In the summer we churn three times in the week. In the Autumn we churn twice in the week and in the winter we churn once. In the summer the milk takes a very short time two day and in great heat one is sufficient but in the winter it can stand much longer about a week and in real cold weather it has to be warmed 60 degrees.
