- (ar lean ón leathanach roimhe)living in the Parish of Emly in the townland of Chantersland had a dream that there was gold in the neighbouring moat. They agreed to search for it, with the help of two others, one being the brother of the first mentioned and the other a friend. The first night they arrived at the place they were driven home by a gander, the next night they arrived at the same place but they were forced back again by a bull, and the next night they took holy water with them. When they arrived they shook the holy water on the ground and they found the gold but they did not enjoy it very long, because they all died within a year of each other.
