    A horseshoe is put over the door of the cowhouse.
    A bit of palm that would be left after palm Sunday.
    The cover (what is around the foal when it is born) of a foal to put over the horses in the stable.
    If a robin went into the cabin it is a sign of good luck.
    If honey bees make a hive in the wall of the cabin it is the sign of bad luck.
