- There was a king there long ago. He lived at the Valley of Maine, his name was Luacharr Mór. He had one daughter and two sons. The daughter's name was the pearl of the Valley Maine, she was a beautiful lady. The king said no one would get the daughter unless some one would knock the sons one after another with one breath. So there lived a man in Iverath whose name was Tua dé Danan and he had a son. He was a great man, he heard of these two sons. He went to wrestle the two sons and he knocked them one after another in one breath. The kings daughter gave the Tua dé Danan magic so that he would marry the lady.
