    Im going to leave sweet Inisfail,
    indeed against my will.
    To leave all in this country,
    it puzzles all my skill.
    I bid adieu to all my friends,
    and the girl I do adore.
    Adieu, Adieu sweet Ballindoo,
    and the green hill of Doo-móre.
    II
    If you take a mid-night ramble,
    by the sweet light of the moon.
    And walk around the Mansion House,
    when the flowers are all in bloom.
    It seems to me like Paradise,
    where one lived great Joe Móre.
    Its a lovely little Mansions house,
    near the green hill of Doo-móre.
    III
    You wont forget the old burial ground
    where our ancestors sleep.
    Where the yew tree and the willow,
