"Corp Criosta, seala Criosta, slan an marbh."
He said it used to be said at bedtime. The meaning of it was; "Jesus and Mary save me.

I give myself up to God, and beg his grace and blessing. Thanks be to God for bringing me safe over over this day, and God bring me safe over this night. Amen.
