    Once upon a time there was a rich farmer named John Kelly.

    Once upon a time there was a rich farmer named John Kelly. He had four children and he also kept an orphan boy called Sean. Sean was always treated with kindness. He was very fond of playing tricks whenever he could get the chance. Every day Sean put on the fire.
    One day when he came down to the kitchen he saw a bright object on the table before him. He ran at once to see what it was. It was a little box and under it lay a piece of paper. He lifted it and read it and found out that the stuff in the box was something like gum and anything that is stuck by gum if nearly impossible to remove again.
    Sean was overjoyed with the treasure he had found and very soon he decided on playing a trick on some of the people of the house. He was going about very busily
