- (ar lean ón leathanach roimhe)water of the Sea docken is used for curing coughs or colds. There is another herb called biolar which grows in moses or watery lands and it is also used for curing colds.
- One time there was a man ploughing land in Rockytown. This land was all stones and it was very hard to labour. When the land was about half laboured the man that owned the land said to his son that he had as much ground laboured as would serve him during the year. The son said that there was not enough land laboured as would serve them and that he would try and labour the rest of it himself. When the son had the rest of the land laboured he expected it to produce good at the end of the year(leanann ar an chéad leathanach eile)
