    is made of timber with a long handle and holes in it.
    When the dash is put on, the clapper is put down on that. They keep churning until little bits of butter is gathered on top of the milk.
    The the pour hot water in. When they have all the butter gathered they gather the butter in a heap in the churn. Then they get a big dish and two timber spades. They wash the water with hot water and salt. They take out the butter and put it in to the dish and put salt on it.
    They make a little roll of he butter and mix it
