   The "corn marigold" is another very troublesome weed. It usually grows in the corn field and its seeds lie hidden for years until they are turned up by the plough.
   Among the other troublesome weeds are the nettle, the colt's foot, and the yarrow. The nettle, although troublesome, was once used for coughs, and the colt's foot was used as a cure for chest complaints. The yarrow was also a useful weed long ago. The juice of the yarrow was formed to cure a tooth-ache and headache. Ointment was made from the yarrow also and it was
