The second sod she dug shook the rafters of the house and knocked the dresser down from the wall and they became so frightened that they closed it in and did no more. After a time they became very poor and all their cattle died and her husband and two daughters died.This story was told to me by Peter Quinn, Gurrane.
It was told to him by his Father who was a blacksmith and he lived to be a very old man and he had alot of old stories.
