  2. Some years ago there was a great depth of snow. The people could not leave their homes. The snow was up to the doors.
    Sometimes when there are storms sheep and cows are lost especially during snowstorms. Cows and horses were killed with the last thunderstorms.

  3. Two years ago there was a great thunderstorm. It killed a cow and it stuck her horns in the fence. This happened in Rathduff.
    There was a great rainstorm a few weeks ago it flooded the fields and roads.
