    The nexht day Micheal didn't turn up for work, an' the phriesht wastn't very long goin' about his daily rounds, when he met a sthrange man comin' along smokin' the very pipe that he gave to Micheal the day before. Twas the nexht day before he met Micheal, an' the firsht queshtion that he asked him was "Why did you give your pipe away Micheal, I thought you told me that you wanted it for yourself."
    "So I did too" sez Micheal "But when I went home that night, me wife tould me that there wastn't a grain o' flour in the house ta make a bit o' bread, for either hershrel or the childhre, or mesel, so I prayed to St Antony to send me the price o' a bag, an' I hadn't the prayer hardly finished, when this man, walked in on the dure, an' he asks me, if I'd sell him me pipe. Well knowin' that it was a good wan, I
