Another good toy was a bow and arrow. Get a strong sally stick and bend it thus -) Then get a cord and tie it on both ends - (drawing) Then get a spoke from an umbrella place the end of it again cord and pull out the cord. Then let go the cord and the arrow will fly high into the air.
Another toy is to get and "elder" stick (drawing) with a hole in the middle. Stuff the hole with wet paper or rags. Then get a stick which(continues on next page)- Collector
