    Some people when going to bed say "Matthew, Mark, Luke & John bless the bed that I lie on. Four corners at my bed four angels round my head. One to sing & one to pray & two to carry my soul away.
    Another said when going to bed is "Sacred Heart of Jesus I put my trust in thee."
