    Old schools
About fifty years ago all the old men of the locality went to school to an old barn now owned by Pat Keily Slieveanoir and now used as a car house. It was a long slate cold barn with two windows.
It was whitewashed inside and outside. This house was situated in by Bleach river and a half mile from the late school now built in Slieveanoir .In those days and average of fifty attended this old school.
My father told me this story.
