How they used to dye long ago.
Long ago the old women used gather moss by the banks of rivers ,streams and swampy places .They used put it down in a large pot over the fire and let it boil ,then they used put the clothes and socks into it ,and leave them there a long while ,then take them up and they would be coloured yellow.
