  1. Long ago there lived a boy in Bantry.
    He was very fond of stealing. One night himself and another comrade with him, went into a poor man's orchard stealing apples.
    It was a very dark night and they had a flash lamp. When they were going in they flashed the lamp. They saw a little object like a dog. They ran out and as fast as they used to run he used to run faster.
