  1. Once upon a time there was a giant in Killarney. He used to steal everything from the people around where he was living. There was one farmer living near him, and his daughter was going to get married, and the giant wanted her to marry himself.
    One night he stole her, and he told all the people he married her. The first night he stole her, he went to bed, and he was afraid that her people would come and steal her, so he tied a chain around her neck, and tied it on his hand.
