    and sidecars in the open air, outside the forge on the street. The smith has always a bucket of water in the forge to cool the hot irons in it. The water is called iron water and it is supposed to be medicine for a bad stomach. The smiths are always looked upon as being strong men. There is no tradition or story told in connection with the local forge.
