    If you wash your hands in the dew on May Morn it is said that you will be able to ready any knott. Long ago Mícheál Mór Ó h-Oistín and an other man had flax growing up in (Muin Muingatogher. They were living in Leachta them selves. They cut it and put it in the bog hole. Then they took it up and spread it until it would dry. They were going up for it with their ropes and they were just beside it when a breeze of wind came and sweept every (blac) blade of it up in the (air) air.
