  1. Out in the Co. Limerick about eight miles from the city on the south side stood a lovely mansion and a beautiful wooded demense called Ballinagarda owned by an old gentleman named Croker.
    This old gentleman had lived for over sixty years in luguriance and grandeur upon these estates and the time had come for to die he lay in bed very discontentedly and troubled at the idea and the minster called to reconcile him to his end.
