  1. (continued from previous page)
Jesus of Nazareth King of the Jews present me from a sudden and unprovided death. (This prayer is said when going to bed)
There are four corners on my bed,
There are four angels round my head
    Matthew, Mark, Luke and John
God bless the bed that I lie on
(This prayer is said going to bed)

  2. O King of the Friday whose links were stretched on the brass. O Lord who didst suffer the bruises, the wounds, the loss
We stretch ourselves beneath the shield of Thy might, may some fruit from the tree of Thy Passion fall on us this night
Shepherds humbly bring gifts to Christ their King. We will go and pray by the crib today
(said when going to the crib)
