  1. One morning a man was out shooting and as he was coming home past the fort the field filled up with black hounds all the one size looking for a hare. As he came out of the field the hounds disappeared and he saw two policeman coming after him. They followed him until he came to his own home and then they disappeared. There was snow on that day and the next morning he went out to look for the footprints, but could only find his own.
