    out of the churn with a scoop. It is washed twice with spring water. The butter is salted and then it is sold. The milk is used for making bread.
    It is said that people have the power to take butter from their neighbours. If a person is churning for a long time and there is nothing but froth in the churn they say that the fairies have the butter taken.
