  1. The local fairs are held in Nenagh. They are always held in the town. The biggest fairs of the year were held on the 24th. April, on the 2nd. May and on the 1st. November. This year, the dates are changed and the fairs are held on the first Monday of every month.
    Long ago nearly all the business was transacted at all the crossroads and in the farm houses. The old people used make the bargains before they went to the fairs, by giving drinks and other things to one another.
    The bargains are still made in the farmhouses especially in mountainy places. The bargains are
