    Cure of weak Stomach.
    The cure for a weak stomach and all kinds of kidney trouble is the golden rod. It is an herb that grows on ditches and in fields.
    Cure of sore eyes.
    Salantine is a cure for the eyes. It is an herb also. you pound it and put the juice of it into your eyes every night going to bed. Gooseberry thorns is a cure for a sty on your eye, you point a thorn to your eye for nine mornings. On the ninth morning keep the thorn and your eye will be cured.
    Cure for Asthma
    The cure for asthma is washing soda and sugar. The way to make it up is to take the size of a hen-egg of washing soda and two iron spoons of sugar and a quart of water. The mixture must be boiled to a half. Take a glass of it every morning for 9 or 10 days. They way you would know when you are cured is the mixture will stop sickening you
    The cure for a sting of a Nettle.
    The cure for a sting of a nettle is a dock leaf you squeese it until the juice comes out of it and rub it to where you are stung.
