    Cure for the measles.
    Get nettles and take the roots from them, and boil them in water. When the nettles are well boiled, take the leaves from the water and drink it, and the measles will be gone.
    Cure for Sprained Ankle.
    Cumfrey boiled and ankle bathed in the water cures the Sprain.
