There are very few ruins or remains of old disused houses to be seen.
Generally speaking the houses both inside and outside are kept clean and tidy. Most of them have nice flower gardens in front in which the people seem to take a great pride. Usually, also there is a vegetable garden, and an orchard or at least a few apple trees somewhere near the house.
