  1. There are no tailors now in the district.
    There are none here outside the larger towns.
    The tailors in the towns stock the cloth. No cloth is spun or woven locally.
    There are no saying here connected with tailors or tailoring
    Shirts are not made at home.
    Flax was grown here at one time, but not now. There are no spinning wheels in the district now.
    There are no special types of clothes worn on local feast-days, weddings, funerals etc except the "Sunday best".
