  1. Potato bread
    They way to make potato bread is to get a dish with four or five potatoes and boil them. Then peel them and put them through a sieve. Then place them on a board and add a little flour and salt. Then gather together in the hand and gradually knead in the flour and salt. Then cut them in farrells. Melt some butter in a pan or griddle. Put beside a hot fire till it is brown on both sides. Serve on a hot side dish. When baked serve it with tea.
