  1. Local Fairs
The only fair held in the country is the fair of Muff. It is held on the 12th August. It is held around the rock of Muff and the cross road. Buyers come from all parts to buy horses because it is a horse fair. Shop keepers from the town go to the fair of Muff and put up a tent and sell drink and other things. The fairs in the towns are held in the street and in the market place. Toll is not paid on cattle. When animals are sold luck money is given. It is called a 'luck penny'. When a horse is sold the halter is given away with it. When an animal is sold it is marked with paint on the back.
