    In the wood there is a well called the "Wishing well".

    In the wood there is a well called the "Wishing well". There is a bridge across the well. There is an arch in the bridge. It used be used as a hiding place, and also as a place for watching out for the enemy. It is said that Cromwell marched with his army across the bridge on his way to the Boyne.
