  1. Travelling Folk have been in this district for many years. The same travelling folk come every year. Some of them are very poor. They sell small articles and people buy some things from them. They come to our houses and beg for food and that is the way they supply themselves. Some of the travellers remain on the roadsides at night for a week or so. Some make a canvas tent along the roadside and they sleep in it. Others sleep on straw along the road. They cover themselves with bags. They take no food with them. They go from house to house and beg it. Some
